  • Orders are processed within 10 -15 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak seasons.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active. 

Delays

While we strive to deliver orders on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country's customs authority. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
